1. What DossierIQ is
DossierIQ is a document-preparation tool that compiles your achievements into a structured O-1A / EB-1A extraordinary-ability evidence dossier: per-criterion scoring, a gap analysis, and a 90-day action plan. It is not a law firm, and nothing it produces is legal advice. Using this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and DossierIQ or its owner.
2. The product
The $249 one-time payment covers one petition case and includes:
- 8-criterion scoring with factor-level explanations;
- gap analysis stating exactly what is missing, criterion by criterion;
- a 90-day action plan ordered by effort-to-impact;
- a watermarked PDF dossier, licensed to the purchaser's email (visible email + transaction ID watermark on every page, license embedded in PDF metadata).
The free eligibility assessment and evidence intake are included at no charge. Scores describe evidence strength against a documented rubric; they are not predictions of USCIS outcomes.
3. Payments
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. DossierIQ charges $249 one-time per case — no subscriptions, no per-criterion upsells, no hourly billing. Your case unlocks once Stripe confirms a paid session for the correct amount.
4. Refunds
Our full refund policy is at /refunds. In short: you can receive a full refund if dossier processing has not completed; once the watermarked dossier is generated and delivered, the digital product is considered delivered.
5. Your data
Your documents are never used to train models and are automatically deleted 30 days after processing. We never sell or share your data. Prompts are loaded from AES-256-encrypted environment variables, and API access uses JWT tokens scoped to your paid case with tiered rate limiting. Full details: /privacy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit evidence you do not have the right to share;
- misrepresent your achievements or anyone else's;
- share, resell, or redistribute your licensed dossier (it carries your identity on every page);
- attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, or access controls.
7. No guarantees
USCIS adjudicates every petition on its own merits. DossierIQ makes no guarantee — express or implied — of any immigration outcome, and no tool honestly can. What we guarantee is rigor: every criterion scored against a documented rubric, every gap named, every next step planned.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DossierIQ and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool, including petition outcomes. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($249).
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
